A Woods Cove Gem
Dream Home Images considers photographing architecture our art and life’s work. Rarely do we encounter a home that is so beautiful inside and out, and stops us in our tracks and makes us take a breath, knowing we will be performing portfolio work.
This week, we had the honor to be selected to do the marketing on Lauren Spencer’s newest listing at 160 Palomino Way in the coveted gated community of Woods Cove. This gorgeous single level home is located on a quite cul-de-sac sounded by majestic Redwoods. Nestled in the hillside of Henry Cowell Park, the community is conveniently located moments away from Pasatiempo Golf course and the Santa Cruz Horseman’s center.
This fabulous home has been meticulously maintained. The formal living room features 14-foot ceilings, a fireplace to keep cozy during winter nights, and walls of French doors allowing natural light to pour in. Featuring 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths, on a lot of over 27,000 sq feet, this home showed true pride of ownership both inside and out.

We were in love and inspired by the gold accents that complemented the deep blue cabinetry.

My favorite feature, of course was the bubbling hot tub surrounded by blooming flowers.
